Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and nurturing positive therapeutic relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, address challenges, and plan for discharge when appropriate, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress notes in compliance with organizational guidelines and best practices.
  • Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client backgrounds and mental health needs.
  • Engage in individual supervision to reflect on case work and enhance clinical skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and share insights regarding client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on an outpatient population encompassing a wide range of mental health issues. You will be working closely with individuals and families facing unique challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Your efforts in the telehealth environment will ensure that care remains accessible, allowing clients to engage in their healing process from the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications
  • A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
  • A minimum of one year of effective clinical experience in an outpatient setting post-graduation.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including RMS systems, spreadsheets, and telehealth platforms to deliver services and document care accurately.
  • Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services, capable of engaging clients and facilitating meaningful therapeutic interactions.
  • Comfort and competence in performing intake assessments to appropriately gauge client needs.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior work experience within a telehealth framework.
  • Specialized training or certifications in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Compensation and Benefits
