Position Overview

Transformative Trauma Counseling Center is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote team. In this essential role, you will provide psychotherapy services to clients grappling with various mental health conditions. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, engaging with them regularly to build rapport and trust while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish baseline criteria for treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to address each client’s specific concerns.
• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records and notes consistent with clinical best practices.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance treatment efficacy and client outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development aimed at maintaining a growth mindset and advancing your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a diverse range of individuals dealing with various mental health issues, including substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• A valid and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license must be held and active in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, post-graduation, demonstrating a strong knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and active listening skills to effectively engage clients and support their diverse needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with a variety of mental health disorders.
• Knowledge of integrative therapeutic approaches and current best practices in therapy.
• Background in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams in a clinical setting.

Transformative Trauma Counseling Center offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000. Our compensation package emphasizes employee wellness and satisfaction, including:
