Job description

Arc Home is adding an experienced Mortgage Specialist to our Team who will work Mountain or Pacific time zone business hours, regardless of your physical location within the United States. Priority will be given to candidates who live in Mountain or Pacific time zone.
We're looking for someone who can support clients professionally, manage a high volume of requests, understands mortgage systems/processes, and solves problems accurately and timely.
The Mortgage Specialist, known internally as a SPARC Assist Specialist, will be responsible for providing a one stop support center for Brokers, Correspondents and Account Executives to get assistance registering and submitting new loans in our LOS system.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provide new client introduction to Portal. This would include but is not limited to initial upload through initial disclosure and submission to Opening.
  • Conducts Welcome Calls and client facing trainings as needed
  • Respond to phone and email inquiries from clients requesting assistance within agreed upon SLAs
  • Provide client password reset assistance as needed
  • Utilizes Sales Enablement created resources in the education of clients and Account Executives
  • Follows the tenets of a quality interaction as defined in the Client Support Group Call Rubric
  • Adhere to Sparc Assist Communication Standards in all internal and external communication
  • Assist clients with running AUS findings and clearing AUS errors within LOS.
  • Issue Portal and appraisal ordering credentials
  • Troubleshooting errors and stops in submissions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, Arc Home team members and all third parties throughout the loan process, assisting in multiple facets where needed.
  • Perform such other tasks as may be assigned by your manager and/or senior management.

Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college preferred
  • 1-3 years of mortgage operations experience
  • Experience with a Loan origination system (LOS)
