Director of Nursing (DON)- Harker Heights Nursing and Rehab Center Lead with Purpose

As the Director of Nursing, you will serve as the clinical leader of our community, guiding and empowering a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the highest standards of resident care, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas or compact license with no stipulations is required. 
  • Minimum 3 years of Director of Nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is required. 
  • Demonstrated success leading clinical teams and achieving positive quality outcomes
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations and survey readiness, and compliance standards
  • Expertise in the CMS 5-star quality programquality and performance improvement initiatives
  • Proven ability to manage change, drive accountability, and foster a culture of excellence
