Deep Care Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Fairfax, Virginia. Work Environment

As a physical therapist at our outpatient office, you will work in a hands-on, collegial environment where collaboration is encouraged. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, with a scheduled workload of 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, crafting individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
  • Administer a variety of therapeutic procedures, utilizing advanced techniques tailored to each patient's goals and physical condition.
  • Provide educational resources to patients and their caregivers, promoting understanding and compliance with rehabilitation protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to align treatment strategies, sharing insights and best practices to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Document progress meticulously and maintain clear communication with referring physicians to ensure continuity of care.
  • Contribute to the overall patient experience by providing exceptional customer service and fostering an environment conducive to healing.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related conditions. Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • A valid physical therapy license in the state of Virginia.
  • A Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including word processing and patient management software.
  • An eagerness to build and maintain strong relationships with patients, contributing positively to their rehabilitation experiences.
Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of clinical experience is preferred. Individuals who have worked in outpatient settings and have experience with a wide range of physical therapy modalities will find this role particularly rewarding.
