Tijuana Flats is looking for a highly skilled Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Join us in preparing fresh, scratch-made food every day and spreading joy through our catering services.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members during shifts
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
- Assist in training new team members
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
Requirements:
- Weekend availability and flexibility with Monday to Friday shifts
- No formal education required
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
