Work Environment

This remote position allows for a flexible work environment, enabling our Licensed Clinical Social Workers to efficiently deliver services from their own homes while maintaining a strong connection with students, educators, and families. Regular virtual team meetings and professional development workshops ensure that our therapists feel supported and engaged, even from a distance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments through structured interviews, observations, and a thorough review of students' academic and behavioral records to identify emotional and social needs impacting their educational experience.
• Provide emotional support and counseling services to students and their families, addressing adjustment difficulties and promoting mental well-being through individualized therapeutic approaches.
• Collaborate with school staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to develop and implement tailored treatment plans that prioritize the psychosocial needs of each student.
• Guide students in accessing vital community resources, including local support groups, educational interventions, and extracurricular activities that promote social engagement.
• Facilitate discharge planning for students transitioning out of therapy or into different educational settings, ensuring a smooth reintegration process with continued support.
• Conduct follow-up meetings to assess the progress of students, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus is primarily on students from K-12 educational backgrounds who may be experiencing various emotional and social challenges. This includes students facing issues such as bullying, trauma, family dynamics, and academic stress. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Strong understanding of psychosocial dynamics, adjustment disorders, and coping strategies specific to a school-aged population.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an intrinsic ability to connect with young individuals and their families.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
