Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time remote position within our thriving Hospice Center at Thrive Collective Health Center. In this role, you will provide essential psychotherapy services to individuals navigating various mental health challenges, impacting their quality of life and emotional well-being.

Work Environment

The position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your schedule to accommodate a healthy work-life balance. You will be part of an outpatient mental health clinic that leverages the latest technology to deliver care, ensuring that you have access to the tools and resources needed to support your clients effectively. Key Responsibilities

As our LCSW, you will manage a full caseload of patients, adhering to high standards of care. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to develop tailored treatment plans rooted in established best practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.
• Collaborating effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses all aspects of a patient's mental health.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and local resources, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Staying informed on the latest mental health research to continually improve clinical practice and integrate new knowledge into your work.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional challenges typical within a hospice care context. Your role is pivotal in providing compassionate support during a critical period in their lives, fostering healing through understanding and professional intervention.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Active state licensure as an LCSW or an equivalent credential.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and various mental health issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building trusting relationships with clients.
• Proficient in both independent work and collaboration within a team setting.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years’ experience in clinical social work, particularly in a mental health or hospice care setting.
• Expertise in using electronic health record systems to maintain patient records efficiently.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position comes with a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, depending on experience and hours worked. In addition, we offer:
