- Contribute to architecture and design decisions for conversion initiatives
- Mentor and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
- Drive technical excellence and best practices across projects
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions
- Lead problem-solving efforts on complex technical challenges
- Champion continuous improvement in development processes
Requirements
- 8-12 years of professional software engineering experience
- Proven expertise in conversion optimization or related technical domains
- Strong full-stack development capabilities and architectural knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers
- Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
- Proficiency with modern development tools, frameworks, and methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
