  • Adhering to Ethical Standards: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice as outlined by HIPAA and BBS regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent communities. Your ability to build rapport and provide culturally sensitive care will be essential in fostering strong therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Must hold an active California LMFT license in good standing.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure is required, although exceptional associate-level candidates may be considered based on their potential.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care is essential.
  • Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and comfortable with virtual therapy platforms such as SimplePractice and Zoom.
Preferred Experience
  • Fluency in one or more additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, Vietnamese, Farsi) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with multi-disciplinary treatment approaches is a plus.
  • Previous involvement in clinical supervision or training activities is beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000.00 to $100,000.00, complemented by a robust benefits program. You will receive:
