Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify emotional, psychological, and situational factors affecting their wellbeing.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with the unique goals and needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and systemic therapy approaches.
• Continuously evaluate and modify therapeutic strategies based on client progress, feedback, and shifting circumstances.
• Document client interactions meticulously to maintain confidentiality and adhere to legal and ethical standards established by the state of Maryland.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge, sharing best practices to improve collective outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse population, including individuals and families facing various challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, addiction, grief, and trauma. You will primarily work with clients who require effective therapeutic support in navigating personal and relational challenges. By fostering a trusting therapeutic alliance, you will empower clients to explore their emotions and develop coping strategies that enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state of Maryland.
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically working with families and couples.
• Experience in telehealth service delivery and remote client engagement.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities tailored to family systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The Process Recovery Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a robust benefits package that includes:
