The Process Recovery, Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team in a fully remote role. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly live video therapy sessions for adults, addressing various emotional difficulties including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
• Utilize comprehensive assessment tools to monitor client symptoms, track changes in behavior, and measure treatment efficacy, adjusting therapeutic approaches as necessary.
• Maintain precise and detailed clinical documentation using our advanced digital therapist portal to ensure high standards of care and compliance.
• Regularly collaborate with other therapy professionals and the Therapy Leadership Team to share insights, gain clinical guidance, and enhance treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will primarily involve working with adults who are managing a wide array of emotional challenges. By focusing on clients who require high levels of support, you will play a critical role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys, utilizing tailored therapeutic techniques and approaches to encourage resilience and recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current independent licensure in your state (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC), with additional state licenses considered an advantage.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy in an independent capacity as a licensed mental health professional.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based treatment modalities for mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
• A strong interest in leveraging digital tools and virtual platforms for enhanced client engagement and treatment effectiveness.
• A commitment to practicing inclusive and culturally sensitive care that resonates with diverse client populations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing therapy to a telehealth population, which includes familiarity with virtual counseling methodologies and technologies.
• Knowledge or certification in mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques as a complementary approach to traditional therapies.
• A background in collaborative care settings, working closely with other health professionals to coordinate comprehensive client support.

Compensation and Benefits
