Job description

We're hiring a Developer Relations Manager to lead strategic engagement across developer ecosystems in rapidly evolving technology domains. In this role, you'll help develop how NVIDIA partners with software providers, developers, and industry teams to expand the use of our AI and computing platforms. We're looking for someone with strong architectural depth who can guide partner product direction and support developers building on NVIDIA technologies.

If you're passionate about influencing the next wave of AI and accelerated computing, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing: Build and deepen technical expertise in computer-aided engineering (CAE), serving as a technical advocate and trusted resource for developers in industrial engineering, with cross-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies. Demonstrate and integrate NVIDIA's software stack (tools, SDKs, libraries, NIMs, and blueprints) into real-world partner or developer projects to accelerate adoption.

Support developers and partners through onboarding and integration by providing code samples, guides, demo pipelines, and hands-on assistance that enable CAE-specific use cases. Research and monitor developer ecosystem trends to identify opportunities for growth, sharing insights with engineering, product, and marketing teams to improve adoption strategies. Collaborate with partner technical leaders and internal engineering stakeholders to troubleshoot challenges, guide best-practice integrations, and feed technical takeaways back to NVIDIA teams.

What We Need to See: Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8+ years of overall professional experience in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architect, product management, including hands-on experience crafting and/or deploying software tools for CAE. Experience working with or supporting developer programs, technical ecosystems, or CAE ISVs, or within relevant verticals.

Proficiency in developing CAE workflows, software tools for physical simulation, and familiarity with modern software frameworks or SDKs. Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams to discuss architecture, share feedback, and deliver technical presentations or demos. Ability to manage and implement technical projects, solve integration challenges, and effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong communication skills and a passion for helping developers innovate with NVIDIA tools and technology. Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd: Experience creating or optimizing vertical-specific technical solutions i.e. simulation tools, virtual twins, and/or solutions for CAE, high-performance computing, applied machine learning, or deep learning

Hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA platforms and frameworks: CUDA-X Libraries, PhysicsNeMo, Omniverse, NeMo, etc. Demonstrated involvement in growing developer communities and supporting technical enablement programs. Skilled in developing systems and tools to measure developer sentiment and track market trends, turning ecosystem insights into practical recommendations that guide product direction and strategic planning.

Experience with AI physics models and model architecture including developing, defining, training, and deploying open or proprietary models. With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, we are widely considered to be one of the world's most desirable employers. We have some of the most forward-thinking and hardworking people in the world working for us and, due to outstanding growth, our best-in-class engineering teams are rapidly growing.

If you're a creative and autonomous person with a real passion for technology, we want to hear from you. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 152,000 USD - 241,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Applications for this job will be accepted at least until July 27, 2026. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
