We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the organization's technology strategy, innovation, and engineering excellence. The CTO will define the long-term technology roadmap, align technology initiatives with business objectives, oversee product engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation, and foster a culture of innovation. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization's technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Align technology investments with business goals and growth objectives.
• Lead engineering, architecture, infrastructure, DevOps, security, data, and IT teams.
• Drive digital transformation, cloud adoption, and technology modernization initiatives.

• Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security of technology platforms.

• Oversee cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, risk management, and business continuity planning.
• Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the technology organization to customers, partners, investors, and the Board of Directors.
• Drive AI adoption, automation, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence across the organization.

Required Skills
