This role is reported directly to the Director, Finance.The successful candidate will manage the preparation and consolidation of the monthly close, review entries and reconciliations and non-broker-dealer entities and ensure compliance with US GAAP and IFRS standards.Key Responsibilities* Oversee monthly consolidation, including elimination entries, equity rolls, and all aspects of US and Non-US financial reporting.* Review and analyze documentation of monthly accounting entries in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.* Assist with external and internal audit requests, including reconciliations, document organization, and inquiry responses.* Improve data accuracy and support data-driven decision-making.* Maintain strong internal controls and keep process documentation current.* Perform special projects and ad hoc management reporting as required.* Support strategic and tactical projects* Assist in new product implementation and entity rationalization.* Manage chart of accounts and mapping.* Prepare and assist with quarterly/annual disclosures and other reporting obligations under US GAAP and IFRS.* Ensure adherence to account reconciliation and attestation policies;
