SUMMARY:
The Program Manager provides overall management, technical direction, and administrative oversight for the assigned program, leading and directing challenging projects and executing assignments independently within the scope of the contract. This position serves as the primary liaison between the customer, corporate leadership, and program staff, planning and directing program activities, monitoring performance, and providing overall technical, schedule, and cost direction, while supervising and evaluating assigned program staff. This role requires ten (10) years of project management experience, including five (5) years involving Federal Government programs, with demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management, and overall technical, schedule, and cost direction. This position requires a DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance; U.S. Citizenship is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction for the program in accordance with contract requirements.
• Lead and direct challenging projects, executing assignments independently within the scope of the contract.
• Provide administrative oversight and corporate management support for the assigned program.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the customer, corporate leadership, and program staff.
• Plan, organize, and direct program activities to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of contract requirements.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present program status reports, briefings, and deliverables to government and corporate stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate assigned program staff.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal regulations, contract terms, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:
• Ten (10) years of project management experience with five (5) years involving Federal Government programs. Demonstrated ability to lead and direct challenging projects and execute assignments independently within the scope of the contract. • Demonstrated experience providing administrative oversight, corporate management and ability to provide overall technical, schedule, and cost direction.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position supervises program staff assigned to the contract, including task leads and support personnel.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is typically performed in an office setting, which may include a government facility. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:
DoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:
As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.
