About the Role
Design at Uber is focused not only on functionality, but also on creating experiences rooted in joy, clarity, and delight. As a Senior Product Designer, you will help shape impactful, user-centered experiences that support millions of drivers and couriers around the world.
This opportunity sits within the Earner Design organization, specifically supporting the Growth Levers charter — a team focused on optimizing incentive programs and earning experiences that help drivers and couriers discover, start, and return to earning opportunities aligned with their goals.
You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable mobile experiences that balance business objectives, operational complexity, and user motivation.
This work directly impacts earners who rely on Uber in many ways — from supplementing income during school, to covering day-to-day expenses, to achieving long-term financial goals.
