A Day in the Life:
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Prepare and share candidate write-ups/summaries highlighting key qualifications, experience, and alignment with the role
- Deliver a white-glove level of service by ensuring a seamless, detail-oriented recruiting experience for both candidates and clients
- Coordinate logistics for virtual, phone, and in-person interviews, ensuring all participants have accurate and timely details (e.g., calendar invites, meeting links, locations)
- Assist in coordinating additional interview components such as assessments or case studies as needed
- Communicate interview details to candidates and provide preparation materials when applicable
- Provide timely updates and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience
- Address candidate questions and troubleshoot scheduling or logistical issues as they arise
- Manage and optimize calendars for recruiters and hiring managers to ensure efficient interview scheduling
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to avoid delays in the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and interview records in the ATS and internal trackers
- Assist in preparing interview materials such as agendas, feedback forms, and evaluation templates
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring needs and priorities
- Assist with ad hoc projects and additional recruiting coordination tasks as needed
About you:
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in an administrative, HR, recruiting, or coordination role (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and experience with ATS platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset and a team-oriented approach
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of total compensation package that also includes benefits, and other opportunities at Tandym. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal pay parity relative to other Tandym employees. We expect the majority of the candidates who are offered roles at Tandym to fall healthily throughout the range based on these factors.
