Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions to develop individualized treatment plans that address functional limitations and disabilities.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure a seamless continuum of care for all patients.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to the diverse needs of patients across different age groups and cultures, maintaining high customer service standards.
• Implement, reevaluate, and document treatment plans while educating patients and their families on therapeutic interventions and discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate records of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes, adhering to all legal and professional documentation standards.
• Regularly participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing to discussions around patient care and program development.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives to promote health awareness and rehabilitation services.
• Take part in departmental leadership functions, including the supervision of physical therapy assistants and support staff, ensuring effective resource management.
• Stay current with industry best practices by pursuing continuing education opportunities and participating in staff training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Talk Path Rehab Center, you will work primarily with patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions. Your role involves developing personalized treatment strategies that accommodate each patient's unique circumstances and empower them to achieve their rehabilitation goals. Through hands-on therapy and education, you will play a vital role in their recovery journey.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Active and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic setting is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000–120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
