With consistent hiring opportunities nationwide and countless career levels, chances are the next big step on your career path starts here. We work with our employees to create customized career paths and development in all facets of the organization. People will always be our greatest asset and we place emphasis on enhancing the lives of our employees.

Scope of Responsibility:

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a high-impact recruiting professional responsible for leading full-cycle talent acquisition efforts while serving as a strategic partner to hiring leaders across Sabre Industries' diverse business segments. This role combines hands-on recruiting execution with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring, coaching, and developing recruiting team members, driving recruiting best practices, and influencing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth.
The Talent Acquisition Lead will build and maintain scalable talent pipelines, enhance the candidate experience, and strengthen Sabre's employer brand across all talent touchpoints. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, this individual will provide market insights, workforce planning support, and consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and a track record of success recruiting for both professional and skilled trades/manufacturing roles.

Essential Duties:

People Management

  • Extensive experience leading talent acquisition teams, providing strategic direction, coaching, mentoring, and professional development to drive recruiting performance and organizational growth.

Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development

  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, employee referral programs, professional networks, and direct outreach to build deep candidate pipelines for corporate roles.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for critical or recurring positions (corporate functions, engineers, etc) to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Partner with marketing and HR leadership to strengthen Sabre's employer brand and candidate value proposition across digital and campus channels.

Full-Cycle Recruiting Excellence

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned requisitions across multiple segments, sites and corporate functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, candidate profiles, and selection criteria.

Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build trusted relationships with site managers, department heads, and HR Business Partners across Sabre's Utilities, Telecom, SBS, and Galvanizing segments.
  • Consult on job description development, interview panel design, candidate evaluation frameworks, and selection best practices.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to stakeholders and the TA leadership team.

Compliance, Process & Systems Integrity

  • Maintain accurate, timely ATS records throughout every stage of the recruiting workflow, ensuring data quality for reporting and AAP compliance.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) obligations, leveraging the ATS, Excel, and HRIS to track applicant flow data.
  • Ensure all recruiting activity complies with federal and state employment laws (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA, etc.) and internal policies and procedures.
  • Represent Sabre at technical school and college career fairs, industry events, and community hiring initiatives.

Candidate Experience & Employer Brand

  • Deliver a consistently professional, responsive, and human candidate experience from first contact through offer - reflecting Sabre's values of connection and commitment.
  • Serve as a Sabre brand ambassador, communicating our culture, career development philosophy, and total rewards story with authenticity and conviction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all candidate, employee, and vendor interactions.

Position Requirements:

  • 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success across production & skill/trade manufacturing roles.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong command of ATS platforms (UKG, Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar) and LinkedIn Recruiter; ability to leverage Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law (EEOC, OFCCP, ADA) and AAP compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume requisition load (15 - 25+ reqs) while maintaining quality and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting data, recommendations, and market insights to business leaders.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data tracking).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% for site visits, job fairs, and university/technical school events.

At Sabre Industries, we invest in your future with a competitive benefits program. As a full-time employee, you are eligible for:
