THE TYPE OF SYSTEM SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizenship (no dual citizenship)
  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
  • CompTIA Security+ certification (required within 6 months of hire)
  • IT-related degree OR minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience
  • KC-135 support

Experience supporting USAF or DoD mission planning systems, working within classified or secure environments, and/or military or aircrew experience are preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR SYSTEM SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM.
In this role, you'll ensure the reliability and performance of mission-planning systems for critical operations. Your tasks will include updating mission planning applications, diagnosing and resolving system issues, performing updates and data loads, and maintaining operational readiness. Whether for daily operations, training exercises, or deployments, you'll play a key role in keeping essential technology functioning when it matters most.
