Synergy Counseling is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in work location while maintaining a collaborative connection with our diverse team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to identify their needs and strengths.
• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for enrolled families.
• Monitor and assess outcomes as a part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to child development.
• Offer guidance and support to families to facilitate the development of their children, employing strategies rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Utilize coaching models and Natural Learning Environment Practices to enhance the learning experiences of children.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while maintaining high standards of care and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our focus extends to the youngest members of our community, particularly babies and toddlers facing developmental challenges. By working closely with families, we support the early intervention process, helping children acquire essential skills in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. Our LCSW will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing environment where each child can thrive and reach their milestones.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Valid driver's license for potential client visits or community engagement.
• Strong adaptability to various learning styles and individual treatment plans.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team and show respect for all colleagues.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of one year of direct experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
