Job Summary:
Suncap Technology is seeking a Senior QA Testing & Automation Consultant to support a major modernization program. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery across User Acceptance Testing, requirements validation, change management, and cutover activities while collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities across the modernization program lifecycle
• Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases aligned to business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure traceability to test scenarios
• Manage and assess change requests, ensuring appropriate testing coverage and impact analysis
• Support cutover planning and execution, ensuring readiness for production deployment
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in UAT, QA testing, and test automation within complex programs
• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and validation processes
• Experience working in financial services, ideally within banking or payments environments
• Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks)
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams
Preferred:
• Experience supporting large-scale modernization or transformation programs
• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, TestRail)
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Experience with data validation and integration testing
