What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with members, Realtors, builders, and community partners.
  • Deliver personalized financial guidance and mortgage solutions.
  • Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the mortgage process.
  • Partner closely with branch teams and lending specialists to create a seamless member experience.
  • Represent Summit in the community and reinforce our reputation as a lender of choice.
What We're Looking For
  • Experienced mortgage lending professional with a proven track record of developing business and cultivating relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and industry guidelines.
  • Ability to provide consultative, needs-based financial guidance.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • NMLS registration (or ability to obtain as required).
