Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments utilizing standardized screening tools and clinical interviews to determine mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of clients.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions that incorporate a variety of evidence-based practices aimed at promoting coping skills and resilience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure an integrated approach to client care, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
• Provide education and support to clients' families, facilitating their involvement in the recovery process and enhancing overall family dynamics.
• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans accurately, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Doctor of Psychology.

Compensation and Benefits
