Strive Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Riverside, California. Work Environment

This full-time role requires the Physical Therapist to work onsite at our outpatient office, where you will have access to modern therapeutic equipment and a supportive clinical team. The work schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced professional environment. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand the unique goals and needs of each patient to create individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a patient load, ensuring dedicated one-on-one treatment sessions to optimize care effectiveness.
• Utilize proven assessment techniques to develop comprehensive care plans that address patients’ mobility challenges.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that promote recovery and diminish the need for unnecessary medications or surgeries.
• Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and educational resources.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment modalities, and progress in compliance with EMR systems such as WebPT.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
• Lead patient education initiatives that emphasize the importance of a healthy lifestyle, strength training, and mobility exercises.
• Evaluate and monitor treatment efficacy, making necessary adjustments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Motivate and encourage patients throughout their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily focuses on treating individuals with orthopedic conditions, including post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management. You will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from young athletes to older adults seeking to regain their independence. Your role will be critical in implementing custom-designed wellness and fitness programs that address both immediate needs and longer-term health goals.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California, with no board or disciplinary actions on record.
• Demonstrated skills in manual therapy techniques and hands-on treatments.
• Proficient in crafting effective exercise and rehabilitation programs specific to patient conditions.
• Familiarity with EMR software such as WebPT and competence in maintaining accurate patient records.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with at least three years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting will be prioritized. Familiarity with evidence-based practice guidelines and innovative rehabilitation practices is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
