Key Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans for clients, drawing from evidence-based practices and client-centered approaches to address their unique needs and therapeutic goals.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring the highest levels of confidentiality and ethical practice while fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere.
• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and case reviews to discuss treatment progress, strategize interventions, and share insights that enhance client care.
• Evaluate client information through assessment tools and discussions to formulate diagnoses and determine the most appropriate courses of action, including referrals to additional specialists when necessary.
• Create and implement therapeutic activities, including recreational and group therapy sessions that promote engagement, healing, and socialization among clients.
• Adopt and employ specific coaching models and principles of natural environment teaching to facilitate client learning and growth in real-world contexts.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base primarily consists of individuals facing mental health challenges and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will interact with motivated clients who value the support and respect offered by our practice, making your contributions critical to their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• A current, valid, and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
• A commitment to self-reflection and a willingness to engage actively in the supervisory and learning process.
• A minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in a similar role.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years of experience is required, candidates with experience in hospice care, group therapy facilitation, or specialized treatment modalities such as mindfulness-based therapies will be viewed favorably. Previous work within a multidisciplinary team is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
