Business Segment Overview: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Primary duties will include:
- Build and managemarketing journeysand automation workflows inJourney Builderto enhance customer engagement.
- Developmulti-channel campaignsusingDynamics messaging services(SMS, MMS, push notifications) to reach audiences effectively.
- ConfigureData Extensions, Automation Studio, and Content Builderto ensure accurate segmentation and campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrateCI-J with other platforms and data sources.
- Provide training and guidance to marketing teams onbest practicesfor Journey Builder.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, platform enhancements, anddata privacy regulationsto ensure compliance.
To land this role you will need:
- 3 to 5 yearsof experience inmarketing operations, campaign management, or a related field, with a strong focus onCustomer insights journey.
- Bachelor's degree inMarketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Additional certifications such asMarketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist.
- Strong proficiency inJourney Builderand Customer insight Data.
- Experience withData Extensions, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Email Studio.
