Customer engagement insight consultants<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/i>are responsible for gathering, synthesizing and analyzing insights related to key customers to shape engagement approaches and strategies. Key responsibilities include conducting innovative primary qualitative, quantitative research and data analysis to capture deep customer insights. The ideal consultants will be passionate about transforming Healthcare customer engagement. They will be strong analytical thinkers, with deep subject matter expertise in customer insight generation related to engagement strategy in Life Sciences. They will be thought leaders with a strong service orientation capable of directly engaging clients and driving projects forward. They will strong executers capable of managing programs independently.<\/span><\/span> Relevant prior experiences include:<\/span><\/span>
