Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Engage young adults in dynamic group therapy sessions that promote supportive peer connections and facilitate shared learning experiences.
• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized and empathetic counseling sessions tailored to the individual needs of your clients, helping them to explore their emotional landscapes and develop effective coping strategies.
• Treatment Planning: Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are goal-oriented and tailored to each client’s unique preferences and situations.
• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess and evaluate client progress using evidence-based tools and assessment methods, and integrate feedback to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care coordination and optimal client outcomes, consulting on complex cases when needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults, aged 18 to 30, who are in need of supportive therapeutic services as they confront various mental health challenges. This demographic often faces issues such as anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, particularly in outpatient settings. Your approach should be tailored to accommodate their experiences and developmental needs.

Qualifications

• A valid Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure is required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field; additional education is highly regarded.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a mental health treatment setting, particularly with clients dealing with mental health and mood disorders.
• Experience in both residential and outpatient settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, accompanied by an enticing sign-on bonus of $3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
