Active Maine LPN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent LPN experience required
Current BLS certification required
Previous LTC, SNF, Rehab, or similar nursing experience preferred
Strong medication administration, patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation skills
Ability to recognize changes in patient condition and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Must be available for day shifts
Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer or sooner
