Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services via secure virtual platforms, adjusting approaches to best meet individual client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their journey.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, adjusted to client preferences.
• Maintain thorough and accurate records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and updates to treatment plans in a timely fashion.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population of clients, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health concerns. You will engage with clients looking for confidential support and guidance through virtual platforms, emphasizing the importance of building rapport even in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid and current license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain rapport with clients in a virtual environment.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client schedules and timely documentation of sessions.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience providing telehealth services or virtual therapy is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of various therapeutic techniques and approaches applicable to a diverse clientele.
• A demonstrated ability to work independently, with effective case management skills.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition to a base salary, Springwoods provides a comprehensive health insurance package covering medical, dental, and vision. Other benefits include:
