Job description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Crestwood Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!

Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Whiting, NJ. We are seeking Per Diem LPNs to join our team. At Springpoint, our LPNs are responsible for providing the highest degree of quality nursing care to the residents, and to supervise daily nursing activities performed by the CNAs.

*Sign on Bonus: $3,000 for SNF LPN and $1,500 for Clinic LPN*

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services.
  • Provide medications and treatment to residents.
  • Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
  • Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
  • Supervise direct care given to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
  • Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that the resident's privacy, confidentiality, and dignity are always maintained.
  • Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care.

Education and Experience:

  • Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid LPN License required
  • CPR Certified
  • 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred

Pay Range: $32.00 - $33.00 / hour
