Are you passionate about delivering seamless customer experiences through meticulous testing and quality assurance? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our dynamic team in beautiful West Palm Beach, FL. Embrace the opportunity to work in a vibrant city known for its stunning beaches and lively culture while contributing to cross-functional projects that drive significant improvements.
Responsibilities- Conduct application testing for both internal and external applications, including end-to-end user acceptance testing.
- Execute test scripts, report defects accurately, and perform efficient retesting.
- Collaborate with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop a strong understanding of the technical solutions being delivered.
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proficiency in executing test scripts and reporting defects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of SAP systems.
- Exposure to Agile program development methodology.
