  • Actively participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and industry practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes individuals of all ages who are coping with a variety of mental health issues, ranging from anxiety and depression to bipolar disorder and substance use disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group that reflects the multicultural fabric of Santa Ana and surrounding areas. Every interaction is an opportunity to make a significant impact on your patients’ lives.

Qualifications
  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of various mental health conditions, evidence-based therapies, and therapeutic interventions is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct detailed mental health assessments and create effective, personalized treatment plans.
  • Experience in providing individual and group therapy to a diverse patient population.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate trust and rapport with clients.
  • Sound ethical judgment coupled with a strong understanding of professional boundaries.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant software applications.
