Spring Raze Diagnostic and Counseling Center is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team as a Mental Health Counseling Specialist. Work Environment

This position is a fully remote role, allowing for a flexible work environment that fosters work-life balance while providing high-quality telehealth services. With a regular work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, there is some flexibility required based on patient needs. This supportive setting encourages collaboration and continuous learning among our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify clients’ needs, risks, and strengths, informing the development of personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to the unique circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at promoting emotional well-being and resilience within the client population.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care solutions, ensuring holistic support for patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, employing strategies to stabilize immediate issues and guide clients toward longer-term solutions.
  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to ensure informed decision-making and readiness for care.
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, including consistently entering updates into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on current research and innovations in mental health treatment to continuously improve the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on serving a diverse range of patients facing various mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals from different backgrounds, including those experiencing acute crisis situations and long-term mental health issues. Your insight and empathy will help clients navigate their journeys toward emotional healing and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment approaches and methodologies.
  • Proven capability to conduct thorough mental health assessments and collaborate on effective treatment planning.
  • Experience providing individual and group therapy across various populations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients.
  • Strong ethical judgment, integrity, and compliance with all professional standards.
  • Proficiency in using EHR systems and relevant technology to enhance service delivery.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating independence and initiative.
Preferred Experience

Prior experience in outpatient settings is preferred, particularly in telehealth environments. Familiarity with community resources and support networks is a plus, as is experience working with underserved populations.

Compensation and Benefits

The yearly salary range for this position is between USD 115,000 and USD 130,000, reflecting the importance we place on qualified professionals in our field.
