Job Posting Summary

This unique PRN Registered Dietitian opportunity supports the Executive Health Clinic, where nutrition counseling is delivered as part of a highly personalized, concierge-level health experience. In this role, the dietitian will work with a discerning executive clientele to provide individualized, evidence-based nutrition guidance that supports long-term health, wellness, and lifestyle goals. The position is ideal for a flexible, polished, clinically strong professional who can adapt to the needs of a PRN schedule while maintaining exceptional client service, collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team, and the ability to translate complex nutrition concepts into practical, meaningful recommendations. Success in this role requires tact, discretion, confidentiality, and a commitment to creating a seamless, high-touch experience that reflects the elevated standards of the Executive Health Clinic.

Job Summary

The Registered Dietitian provides high-touch nutritional counseling and education in support of the Executive Health Clinic, delivering a personalized, concierge-level experience for a discerning clientele. This role applies advanced knowledge of dietetics practice and the Nutrition Care Process to assess individual needs, develop evidence-based nutrition recommendations, and support long-term health and wellness goals in a manner that is professional, approachable, and tailored to each client.


Serving as a trusted resource within the executive health experience, the Registered Dietitian partners with clients and the interdisciplinary care team to provide clear, practical guidance that aligns with each client's medical profile, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. The role requires strong clinical judgment, polished communication skills, exceptional client service, and the ability to translate complex nutrition concepts into meaningful, actionable recommendations.
Given the high-caliber and often high-profile nature of the clientele, this position requires consistent tact, discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all interactions. The Registered Dietitian must create a welcoming and seamless experience, anticipate client needs, respond with professionalism and care, and maintain effective collaboration with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic leadership, and other members of the care team.


This role contributes to a culture of exceptional service, safety, quality, and trust by providing nutrition counseling that is clinically sound, highly individualized, and reflective of the elevated standards of the Executive Health Clinic.

Essential Functions

  • Advanced and self-leading RD demonstrating consistent excellence and empowering others to grow and improve their skills; informal leader. Identifies with and adheres to the code of ethics for the dietetics. Performs Nutrition Care Process and Nutrition Focused Physical Exam as appropriate for high quality patient care. profession. Documents and maintains records according to the SOP for the RDN, legislation, regulations and organization policies.

  • Provides individualized nutritional counseling and education for Executive Health Clinic clients, developing evidence-based recommendations that reflect each client's medical needs, lifestyle, preferences, and personal wellness goals while delivering a personalized, high-touch experience.

  • Demonstrates exceptional client service, tact, discretion, and confidentiality when supporting high-caliber and high-profile clientele; anticipates client needs, communicates with professionalism, and collaborates with physicians, advanced practice providers, clinic leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure a seamless concierge-level experience.

  • Coordinates planning, implementation, evaluation and/or services for clients in area of accountability in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Makes recommendations to improve program offerings.

  • Completes continuing education credits if specialty focus area and/or advanced practice areas annually. Consistently reads and applies learnings from published research.

  • Drives programs, services or curricula that impact focus area of dietetics or promote optimal client care.

  • Communicates, collaborates, networks and acts as a consultant to those within and outside our organization. May engage in communication and interactions with the media on issues related to the focus area or other advanced clinical areas

  • Leading department or interdisciplinary level projects; Leading projects involves defining the problem, identifying stakeholders, identifying metrics, creating communication and education plans and reporting on results, evaluating effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; exempted from Masters requirement by virtue of existing status prior to the Jan 1, 2024 Commission on Dietetic Registration update.

  • Required Master's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field; master's degree required when registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration is effective on or after Jan 1, 2024

  • 7 years of relevant experience in nutrition and dietetics in a focused area of practice holding a specialty certification OR Required

  • 15 years of relevant experience in nutrition and dietetics to be an advanced practitioner in a varied scope of practice areas Required

  • CRT-Registered Dietitian (RD) - CDR Commission on Dietetic Registration Upon Hire required

  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 1 Year required

Preferred

  • CRT-Diabetes Educator (CDE) - NCBDE National Certification Board for Diabetes Educators Upon Hire preferred Or
