Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the specific needs of patients, leading to the development of customized treatment plans aimed at promoting healing and growth.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, during individual, couple, and family sessions.
  • Facilitate engaging psychoeducational groups and support groups that address common mental health concerns, fostering a sense of community and connection among participants.
  • Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care.
  • Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and solutions during mental health emergencies.
  • Educate patients about their mental health conditions, effective treatment options, and the array of community resources available to them.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the highest levels of integrity in patient care and data management.
  • Actively participate in case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative practices and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health therapy to provide the best possible care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will play a critical role in helping these patients navigate their challenges through compassionate care and effective treatment strategies.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in the state of California.
  • Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct comprehensive assessments and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.
  • Experience in delivering therapy to varied populations, including individuals, couples, and families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and connection with clients.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and professional boundaries.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant technologies.
  • A strong capability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in providing therapy in a community health setting.
  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy delivery.
  • Knowledge of local resources and support systems for mental health.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
