Job description

Clinician, Mercer County

We are an equal employment opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.

Clinician needed for full-time, temp-to-hire position in Mercer County. We are seeking a Clinician to provide clinical services to a caseload of five youth, ages 9-12, with emotional and behavioral health needs. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, provide weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions, and deliver treatment interventions based on each youth's assessed needs. You will support youth with behavioral challenges through structured, evidence-based interventions while creating engaging lesson plans and session activities that help youth and their families build emotional regulation skills and address behavioral concerns. The ideal candidate has experience working with children who have behavioral and emotional challenges and is passionate about creating structured, interactive therapeutic experiences that promote positive youth development.

NJ LSW with a documented plan to obtain independent clinical licensure (LCSW) within three years, or current NJ LCSW. Ability to travel to family homes, community organizations, and other program locations as needed. Comfortable providing services in a variety of residential and community-based settings, including shared living spaces and therapy rooms.
