Position Overview
Social Work p.r.n. is seeking qualified BSW and MSW-level Social Workers for direct service opportunities throughout the Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Delaware. Positions are available across a variety of practice settings, including healthcare, behavioral health, schools, community-based programs, and long-term care.
These roles offer the opportunity to work with diverse populations while providing essential support, advocacy, and care coordination services. Opportunities may include full-time, part-time, and temporary assignments depending on current client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support and services to individuals, families, and groups
Conduct psychosocial assessments and assist in developing individualized service or care plans
Deliver counseling, case management, and resource coordination as appropriate to the setting
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and community partners
Advocate for client needs and connect individuals to appropriate resources
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

Position Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's (BSW) or Master's (MSW) degree in Social Work or a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Experience with assessments, care planning, and direct client support preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of community resources and service systems
Experience working with diverse populations and settings is a plus
