Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using telehealth platforms, establishing therapeutic relationships and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices.
• Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative approaches tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of clinical records and treatment progress by utilizing secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all legal and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, through virtual consultations and team meetings to optimize patient care.
• Lead case consultations and participate in regular peer review sessions to share knowledge and strategies that enhance the quality of services provided.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment pathways, and community resources, utilizing accessible digital tools for effective communication.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required for this role.
