Job description

Tennis Channel is looking for a Director, Product Manager, Growth to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of initiatives that accelerate subscriber acquisition, deepen engagement, and improve retention across our digital products. This role will play a critical part in shaping how customers discover, experience, and continue to engage with Tennis Channel's direct-to-consumer offerings, with a strong focus on building seamless experiences that drive measurable growth.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Product Design, Engineering, Data, Marketing, and Business teams to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and bring high-impact customer experiences to market. You'll own key growth funnels across the subscriber journey, using analytics, customer research, and hands-on data analysis to uncover insights and inform product decisions. Through A/B testing and ongoing experimentation, you'll evaluate new ideas, optimize conversion, and continuously improve the customer experience across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

As a senior member of the Product team, you'll help connect product strategy with broader business goals by building business cases, defining success metrics, and clearly communicating results and recommendations to executive stakeholders. You'll also work closely with Marketing to improve performance across paid, owned, and organic acquisition channels, while identifying opportunities to strengthen mobile app discovery and conversion. The ideal candidate combines strong product judgment with a highly analytical and collaborative approach and has a track record of driving measurable growth within subscription or direct-to-consumer products.

In this role, you will…
  • Define and own the growth product roadmap across acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Partner with Product Design and Engineering leadership to deliver high-impact customer experiences.
  • Identify opportunities through analytics, customer research, and experimentation.
  • Design, measure, and optimize A/B tests and growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve conversion across paid, owned, and organic acquisition channels.
  • Build business cases, define success metrics, and communicate results to executive stakeholders.
  • Write SQL and work directly with data to answer product questions and uncover insights.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in subscription or direct-to-consumer products.
  • Proven success driving measurable growth in acquisition, engagement, or retention.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL proficiency.
  • Experience partnering with Design and Engineering teams to ship customer-facing products.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Nice to have: Experience with App Store Optimization (ASO), App Store analytics, and partnering on Mobile App Install (MAI) campaigns to improve acquisition efficiency and conversion.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $169,000 to $180,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans,flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
