• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients’ mental health issues, resulting in tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions employing diverse therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices, to promote client growth and coping strategies.
• Work collaboratively with clients to establish achievable therapeutic goals and monitor their progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy options, embracing technology to reach clients who prefer remote sessions or face challenges in accessing in-person services, thus expanding service reach.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements while reflecting our commitment to quality care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training in emerging therapeutic practices and participation in peer consultations to continually enhance clinical skills.

• Current and valid licensure in Florida as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a Master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, enhancing their willingness to engage in the therapeutic process.
• Empathy and compassion, displaying an understanding demeanor toward clients’ challenges and life situations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and ensure timely administrative tasks.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or with remote client interactions.
• Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or geriatric clients, may be beneficial.
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems is advantageous for maintaining documentation and case management.
