The District Managers mustprovide direction,supervisionand leadership for all operations of the district's retail stores including retail managers, up to and including hiring, coaching, counseling, discipline, and evaluations.

  • Provide direction,supervisionand leadership for all operations of the district's retail stores

  • Create and execute action plans to improve performance in areasidentified.

  • Supporteffortto integrate Shoe Palace policies and procedures into retail operations.

  • Ensures that safety and security aremaintained, reporting all problems/hazardsimmediately

  • Maintain store call frequency and records, notes, and action items for follow up.

about you...

  • Bachelor's Degree in Businessor related field is preferred orequivalentsuccessful work experience.

  • Minimum 4-8 years of retail, multi-unit management experience

  • High levelof energyand integrityisa must.

  • Self-directed and driven, with a good sense of humor

  • Comfortable working in and adapting to changing environments

  • Valid California Driver's License
