Job Summary:
ShiftCode Analytics, Inc. is seeking a Java Developer with a strong backend focus to support their Merchandising & Supply Chain – Warehousing Engineering team. The role will involve building and enhancing backend integration services using Java and Spring, connecting retail Azure-based services with Manhattan's MAWM SaaS platform.
Responsibilities:
• Development of a new integration service between retail systems and Manhattan MAWM SaaS
• Support for warehouse claims processing applications across multiple divisions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong backend development experience using Java and Spring Framework
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse management systems
• Understanding of integration patterns and service-based architectures
• Ability to work onsite in the Cincinnati / Blue Ash area
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Preferred:
• Experience with Angular (v10+ preferred)
• Exposure to claims processing workflows
• Prior retail experience (strong plus — highlight team/project details)
• Data analysis or data engineering experience
