This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a productive work-life balance. You will utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients, conduct assessments, and deliver therapy sessions. Our telehealth facility is equipped with the necessary tools to support seamless communication, ensuring you can effectively engage with clients regardless of their location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status upon initial intake and throughout their treatment journey.

  • Collaborate with clients to develop tailored therapeutic plans that address their unique needs, employing evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.

  • Conduct regular therapy sessions via video conferencing, providing individual and, where appropriate, group therapy sessions to empower clients in their recovery.

  • Furnish clients with practical coping tools and strategies essential to overcoming obstacles related to mental health conditions.

  • Make referrals to other healthcare providers, such as psychiatrists or community resources, when additional support is required for holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals grappling with mood disorders, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Your expertise will be vital in addressing the unique needs of each client while fostering a therapeutic environment built on trust and respect.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • A current and valid license from the state of Nevada as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW is essential.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities and mental health disorders.

  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and digital communication tools for effective service delivery.

  • Strong crisis intervention skills, along with the ability to thrive in challenging situations with professionalism and poise.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building rapport and understanding clients from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience in the delivery of both individual and group therapy, utilizing culturally responsive and inclusive approaches.

  • Knowledge of contemporary mental health treatment methodologies and a commitment to staying current with industry trends.

Compensation and Benefits

Your hard work and dedication will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, accompanied by a potential sign-on bonus of up to $1,000. In addition to this, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Healthcare benefits that cover physical and mental health services, ensuring you and your family are cared for.

  • A retirement savings plan with employer-matching contributions to help you secure your future.

  • Generous paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay to support your health and well-being.

  • Ongoing continuing education opportunities to further develop your skills and advance your career.

  • A supportive work environment with opportunities for leadership and career advancement within our practice.
