FY26-27 - Career Advising and Student Engagement Graduate Assistant - The Career Center

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conducting initial career coaching appointments including resume and cover letter reviews
Supporting drop-in hours and high-demand advising periods
Referring students to Career Coaches or specialized staff
Assisting with workshops, presentations, and career readiness programs
Promoting engagement with platforms such as 12twenty, VMock, and Big Interview
Supporting outreach to first-year and underserved populations
Assisting with communication efforts to promote services
Required Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a graduate program at Seton Hall University
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in career development and student success
Ability to work with diverse student populations
