We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to drive our company's growth by executing effective lead generation strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential customers, nurturing relationships, and converting leads into qualified prospects. As the Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.

Position Functions:

  • Strategy Development: Execute comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with the company's sales and marketing goals
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience at various stages of the buyer's journey
  • CRM Management: Manage the Jira CRM system that follows leads from contact to live.  Research contact information using Seamless AI to produce quality contacts. Telemarking strategy from email and social outreach to follow up appointment setting by phone.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of lead generation campaigns using relevant metrics; Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and optimize conversion rates
  • Multi-channel Campaigns: Drive multi-channel lead generation campaigns, utilizing digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and other relevant channels.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop compelling and relevant content that resonates with the target audience at various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Lead Nurturing: Coordinate lead nurturing strategies to engage and educate prospects over time, moving them through the sales funnel. Utilize automated lead nurturing workflows.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, metrics, and outcomes. Present findings and recommendations to senior management

Position Qualifications:

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, sales or business development
  • Knowledge of lead generation strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms
  • Experience in appointment setting by phone, as well as email and social outreach
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful lead generation campaigns
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving lead generation targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
