Make a Meaningful Difference in the Lives of Seniors
Senior Doc, part of Brigade Health & Affiliates, is seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide behavioral health care to older adults throughout the Boise Metro area.
This is an opportunity to practice psychiatry in a more personal and rewarding way—meeting patients where they live, developing meaningful relationships, and helping seniors navigate depression, anxiety, dementia-related behaviors, and other complex mental health needs.
Our providers enjoy the autonomy to practice independently while being supported by an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to improving the quality of life of the patients we serve.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Active Idaho NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in psychiatry, geriatrics, skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, or community-based care preferred
- Passion for caring for older adults and supporting families through complex behavioral health challenges
- Strong clinical judgment and relationship-building skills
