Job description

Overview
The Surveillance Operator's main function is to provide a friendly and safe environment for guests and team members while protecting company assets.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
  • Exercise good judgment in solving problems and resolution of guest issues
  • Uphold and enforce gaming regulations, company policies, and procedures, as well as all Federal and State laws and regulations
  • Read, interpret, and analyze security reports and other company documents daily
  • Based on location, may be required to conduct investigations into a variety of internal and external incidents and create detailed reports to reflect findings
  • Monitor incidents resulting in loss and investigate to determine the source of the loss
  • Work a flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the operation, including nights and weekends when necessary
  • Display professional conduct, sound judgment, the highest level of professional integrity and a strong work ethic
  • Overall surveillance - monitoring of all Casino activities
  • Monitoring all games - noting any suspicious activity
  • Utilize necessary equipment, to identify, record, document and report illegal, suspicious or unusual activities occurring on property

Qualifications
  • One year or more of surveillance experience
  • Have or are able to obtain any gaming license that may be required
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
